Answers to the questions owners ask us most.

Yes. Dogs ride in a secured crate or clipped in with a car-safe harness, and cats always stay in their own closed carrier. Tell us about your pet and we’ll plan around them.

We’re based at 28 Cedar Lane and plan rides around Cedar Vale, Northbridge, Westmere and Willow Ridge. If your trip goes a little further, call (202) 555-0110 and we’ll talk it through.

Yes. Make the booking first, then tell us the time, the address and who will receive your pet. We’ll plan the pickup around it.

Anyone you name. Give us a name and phone number for each end, and call us if anything changes on the day.

Our rides are pet-only. You hand your pet over at your door and the person you named receives them at the other end.

Our phones are open Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Ride times are agreed with you separately.
